This notice has been published to fill one approved vacant post of Ayurveda Doctor (General Ayurveda) under Nepal Health Service, Officer Level Eight, for the fiscal year 2081/082 at Pyuthan Ayurveda Health Center.

The position will be filled under the contract staff management procedure approved by the Council of Ministers of Lumbini Province, with amendments (2080). Eligible Nepali citizens are invited to apply by submitting the required documents along with the original revenue voucher deposited at Nepal Bank.

Method of Submission

• Application forms will be available at the Administration Section of the office or can be downloaded from the Lumbini Province Ministry of Health website: mohp.lumbini.gov.np.

• Please submit the completed form along with all required documents to the Pyuthan Ayurveda Health Center, Khalanga, Pyuthan.

Required Documents

Applicants must submit the following self-attested documents along with the completed application form in the Public Service Commission format:

• Personal details of the applicant

• Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate

• Copy of minimum academic qualification certificate

• Copy of registration/renewal certificate from the concerned council

• Certified copies of documents revealing relevant work experience

• If available, a copy of a higher academic qualification

• Two recent passport-size photographs

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old and not exceeding 45 years old
