
Application Call for Contract-Based Staff Recruitment
Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company Ltd. invites applications for contract-based staff recruitment at its hydropower station in Rasuwa for operational and maintenance purposes.
Interested Nepali citizens with required qualifications and experience must submit their applications within 15 days from the date of this notice. Applications must include academic certificates, experience documents, Nepali citizenship, equivalency certificates (if applicable), and a biodata.
Submissions must be made to the company’s central office in Maharajgunj, Kathmandu, during office hours.

Minimum Educational Qualification

Proficiency Certificate Level in Electrical Engineering

Level 3 Skill Test in the related subject from CTEVT, National Skill Testing Board -
Level-5 (Mechanical):
Proficiency Certificate Level in Mechanical Engineering
or
Level 3 Skill Test in the related subject from CTEVT, National Skill Testing Board -
Level-4 (Electrical):
Passed SLC/SEE and completed 2 years of training in the related subject from a government-recognized institute
or
Sub-Overseer equivalent
or
Level 2 Skill Test in the related subject from CTEVT, National Skill Testing Board -
Level-4 (Mechanical):
Passed SLC/SEE and completed 2 years of training in the related subject from a government-recognized institute
or

Required Work Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in hydropower plant operations, maintenance, and installation for all positions.
Terms of Appointment

The selected candidates will be appointed for 1 year under a contract service.

Based on performance, the contract period may be extended if required.
