Sanchayakosh Real Estate Management Company Pvt. Ltd. has called for applications from technical personnel on a service contract basis. The company has opened a vacancy for 1 Team Leader position at Officer 10th Level for the Employees Provident Fund contributors-targeted “Contributors’ Collective Housing Project,” which is to be constructed and operated at Yagyapuri, Ward No. 4, Bharatpur Metropolitan City, Chitwan.
Under Advertisement No. 01-082/083, the company has announced 1 vacancy for the post of Team Leader under the Engineering Service, Civil Group. For this position, applicants must have completed a postgraduate degree from a recognized academic institution in Structural Engineering, Disaster Mitigation, or Earthquake Engineering.
Applicants must be interested Nepali citizens who have completed 45 years of age and must not have exceeded 63 years. The selected employee will be required to work in both office and field settings.
Candidates must have at least 15 years of work experience in the design, construction supervision, bill payment, and contract management of office, commercial, or housing-related buildings. According to the notice, special priority will be given to candidates who have worked in the Government of Nepal or public institutions, or who have experience in contract management under the Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) model.
