Sandhikharka Municipality Announces Headteacher Vacancies in 10 Community Schools

Sandhikharka Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Arghakhanchi, Lumbini Province, has published a seven-day notice inviting applications for Headteacher positions in 10 community schools under its jurisdiction.

The municipality issued the first vacancy notice on 2083/07/13 BS, inviting interested and eligible permanent teachers to submit sealed applications for the vacant Headteacher positions.

The recruitment process will be conducted in accordance with the Sandhikharka Municipality, Arghakhanchi, Community School Headteacher Management Procedure, 2083.

Application Procedure and Deadline

Interested candidates must submit their sealed applications in the format prescribed under Schedule 1 of the Headteacher Management Procedure, 2083.

Applications must be submitted to the Education Section of Sandhikharka Municipality along with all required supporting documents by 2083/07/19 BS, within office hours.

According to the notice, the required application documents, appointment process and selection procedures will be governed by the same Headteacher Management Procedure.

The municipality has divided the advertised positions into two categories based on the eligibility and employment status of teachers who may apply.

1. Schools Where Only Permanent Teachers of the Same School and Level Can Apply

For the following eight community schools, only permanent teachers currently working at the relevant level in the respective schools are eligible to submit applications.

2. Schools Where Teachers from Other Community Schools Within the Municipality Can Apply

For the following two schools, eligible teachers working in other community schools under Sandhikharka Municipality may also submit applications.

According to the notice, these schools do not have permanent teachers working at the relevant level.

Under Section 3(4) of the Sandhikharka Municipality Headteacher Management Procedure, 2083, eligible teachers currently employed in other community schools within the municipality are permitted to apply for these positions.

Application Eligibility and Selection Procedure

The municipality has specified different eligibility conditions for the two categories of schools.

• For Advertisements 01 to 08: Only permanent teachers serving at the relevant level in the respective schools may apply.

• For Advertisements 09 and 10: Eligible teachers working in other community schools within Sandhikharka Municipality may apply under Section 3(4) of the Headteacher Management Procedure, 2083.

• Application Format: As prescribed under Schedule 1 of the Headteacher Management Procedure, 2083.

• Application Method: Submission of sealed applications.

• Application Submission Office: Education Section, Sandhikharka Municipality.

• Application Deadline: 2083/07/19 BS, within office hours.

• Required Documents and Selection Procedure: As prescribed by the Sandhikharka Municipality Community School Headteacher Management Procedure, 2083.
