Position: Project Advisor - Risk & Compliance, Operations

Term & Location: Fixed term; based in Country office.
Brief Description:
The position will support SCI Nepal's project team and the country office in the overall management and implementation of the project to achieve the intended results. The position will be responsible for overall project oversight to ensure effective implementation and full compliance with donor requirements; provide strategic guidance and oversight on project management to ensure alignment with Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) administrative and financial compliance standards; coordinate closely with Save the Children Korea, Save the Children International (SCI) Nepal, and the KOICA Nepal Office to ensure smooth delivery of project activities; support SCI Nepal's project team and partner NGOs (PNGOs) in the efficient operation and management of the project in compliance with KOICA guidelines.
Eligibility:

Master's degree in management, Project management, Social Sciences, economics, or, in any relevant disciplines.

At least 7 years of relevant work experience.

Specialized skills in KOICA project management processes (including knowledge of Korean donor databases and how to upload reports) and compliances.

Minimum 3 years on KOICA civil society/SPP programs, either with Korea-based NGOs or International NGOs.

Fluency in both written and spoken Korean and English language is a must.
