Devi Secondary School, Birtamod-5, Jhapa, Teacher requirement - For the fulfillment of the vacant post in the lower secondary level Science + Mathematics subject quota at Devi Secondary School, applications are invited from candidates who meet the qualifications specified below.
This call is made in accordance with the advertisement permission letter of Birtamod Municipality, Education, Youth and Sports Section dated 2082/08/03, Letter No. 1640, and the decision of the School Management Committee and Teacher Selection Committee.

Required Minimum Academic Qualification:
Passed Class 12 or equivalent with Science and Mathematics as main subjects.
Teaching License:
Must hold a lower secondary level teaching license.
Salary:
As prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
Age:
Must not have exceeded 40 years of age by the last date of application submission.
Required Documents to be Submitted:
a) Copy of academic qualification certificates
b) Copy of permanent teaching license
c) Copy of citizenship certificate
d) Copy of training certificates
e) Copy of health/medical fitness certificate
Application Fee: Rs. 1000 only.
Last Date for Submitting Application:
a) Candidates from the contract list published by the Teachers Service Commission must submit their application within the first seven days from the date of publication of this notice or by 2082 Mangsir 10, Wednesday, 3:30 pm.
b) If no applications are received from candidates in the contract list, applications for open competition must be submitted within 8 days from the date of publication of this advertisement, i.e., from 2082 Mangsir 11 to 2082 Mangsir 18, Thursday, up to 3:30 pm.
c) If the last day for submitting applications falls on a public holiday, the first day the school opens thereafter will be considered as the final deadline.
Selection Process:
a) In the case of the contract list, on the basis of seniority order of merit in the contract list. (Candidates from the contract list must submit a photocopy of the relevant subject contract list of the Teachers Service Commission along with the application.)
b) For open competition: written examination (general examination and subject-specific examination), interview, and practical examination if required, as per the curriculum prescribed by the Teachers Service Commission.
