Security Printing Center Executive Director Details Published
Kathmandu. The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology has published details regarding the minimum qualifications, required documents, and application submission location for applying to the post of Executive Director at the Security Printing Center.
According to the details issued by the Ministry, eligible Nepali citizens must submit an application and application form in the prescribed format, along with the required documents, to the Ministry.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Candidates applying for the post of Executive Director must be Nepali citizens who have completed at least 30 years of age and have not exceeded 60 years of age.
The notice states that candidates must have obtained a master’s degree from a recognized university in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or Management.
Similarly, candidates must have at least five years of experience at the managerial level in a government, private, or non-governmental body registered as per law.
Candidates must not have been dismissed in a manner that would disqualify them from government service or from service in an institution fully or partially owned by the Government of Nepal, a provincial government, or a local level in the future.
A condition has also been set that candidates must not have been convicted by a court for corruption, rape, gender-based violence, human trafficking and transportation, narcotic drugs, money laundering, passport misuse, kidnapping, organized crime, or any other criminal offense involving moral turpitude.
Candidates must not have obtained permanent residential permission or citizenship from any foreign country. They must also not be deemed ineligible for appointment under the prevailing law.
Documents to Be Attached with the Application
Candidates must attach the following documents while submitting the application:

Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate and national identity card certificate

Personal details showing qualifications, or bio-data

Copies of educational qualification certificates

If the qualification is from a foreign educational institution, an equivalence certificate must also be submitted

Copy of documents showing the period of experience

Sealed professional work plan of 3,000 to 5,000 words, prepared on A4-size paper in Nepali or English

Two recent passport-size photographs

Self-declaration form as prescribed
According to the notice, the candidate’s name must be written only on the cover page of the professional work plan. No sign identifying the candidate may be placed in any other part of the work plan.
The notice also states that educational qualification and experience certificates must be self-attested with the candidate’s signature.

Applications must be submitted to the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Institution Coordination Section, Singha Durbar.

The Ministry has stated that applications that are incomplete or not received within the deadline will not be processed. The notice states that the authority to approve or reject applications shall remain with the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology.
