Sunkoshi Rural Municipality Announces Contract Vacancies for Survey Officer, Surveyor and Amin

Sunkoshi Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Mulkharka, Okhaldhunga, Koshi Province, has invited applications for the recruitment of technical employees on a contract basis.

Following the decision of the Rural Municipal Executive dated 2083/07/19 BS, the municipality published a vacancy notice inviting applications from interested and qualified Nepali citizens.

Vacancy Details and Required Qualifications

1. Survey Officer

• Position: Survey Officer

• Level: Seventh or Equivalent

• Number of Vacancies: 1

• Minimum Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed a Bachelor's Degree in Geomatics Engineering or a relevant Survey discipline, or an equivalent qualification, from a recognized educational institution.

• Examination Fee: NPR 1,200

• Age Limit: Applicants must have completed 21 years of age and must not exceed 35 years.

2. Surveyor

• Position: Surveyor

• Service/Group: Engineering / Survey

• Level: Fifth or Equivalent

• Number of Vacancies: 1

• Minimum Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the Certificate Level in Geomatics or a relevant Survey discipline, or an equivalent qualification, from a recognized educational institution.

• Examination Fee: NPR 700

• Age Limit: Applicants must have completed 18 years of age and must not exceed 35 years.

3. Amin

• Position: Amin

• Advertisement No.: 4-2083/84

• Service/Group: Engineering / Survey

• Level: Fourth or Equivalent

• Number of Vacancies: 1

• Minimum Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed SLC/SEE and completed at least 1 year of training in Geomatics.

• Examination Fee: NPR 500

• Age Limit: Applicants must have completed 18 years of age and must not exceed 35 years.

Age Relaxation: For female applicants and persons with disabilities, the maximum age limit is 40 years.

• Application Submission: Applicants may submit their applications in person at the Rural Municipal Executive Office or via email at ito.sunkoshee@gmail.com, along with the receipt confirming payment of the prescribed fee.

Examination Fee Payment Procedure

Applicants can pay the prescribed examination fee in cash at the Revenue Section of the Rural Municipal Executive Office and obtain a receipt.

Alternatively, the examination fee can be deposited into the municipality's Internal Revenue Account at Machhapuchchhre Bank. Applicants must submit the bank deposit voucher as proof of payment.

Applicants must submit self-attested copies of the following documents:

1. Nepali citizenship certificate.

2. Certificate of the minimum required educational qualification.

• Examination Type: Written examination (First Paper – Multiple-Choice Questions) and interview.

• Syllabus: As prescribed by the Province Public Service Commission, Koshi Province.

Other Important Information

According to the notice issued by Chief Administrative Officer Lokendra Bahadur Rai, applications that do not meet the prescribed minimum educational qualifications will not be processed.
