Thulung Dudhkoshi Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Mukhli, Solukhumbu, Koshi Province, Nepal, Notice regarding recruitment of Information Technology Officer (IT Officer) on service contract.

For the fulfillment of the vacant position of Information Technology Officer (IT Officer) in Thulung Dudhkoshi Rural Municipality through open competition on a service contract basis, this notice has been published to inform all concerned that interested Nepali citizens who meet the following eligibility criteria are required to submit an application.

Applicants must apply within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice by submitting the required details and the bank voucher of revenue deposited in the internal revenue account of Thulung Dudhkoshi Rural Municipality at the office of the Rural Municipality.

Minimum Academic Qualification:

• The minimum qualification prescribed for the Computer Officer position of the Public Service Commission, or

• Completed a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following subjects from a recognized educational institution with Computer or Information Technology or equivalent as a major:

  • BIT

  • BIM

  • BBIS

  • BCA

  • BCIS

  • BEIT

  • BSc.IT

  • BSc CSIT

  • BE Electronics and Communication Engineering

  • B-Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering

Additional Provisions

1. Type of Examination: Shortlisting, written examination, practical examination and interview.

2. Age Limit:
   By the last date of the advertisement:

   • Must have completed 21 years and not exceeded 35 years, and

   • In the case of women, must have completed 21 years and not exceeded 40 years.

3. Place for Receiving and Submitting Application: Administration Section, Office of Thulung Dudhkoshi Rural Municipality.

4. Last Date for Application Submission: Up to office hours on 2082/08/02.

5. Documents to be Attached:

   • Personal details (biodata).

   • 3 copies of recent passport-size photograph.

   • Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.

   • Copies of academic qualification certificates.

   • In case of experience, copies of relevant experience-related documents.

6. Remuneration and Service Facilities: As per the contract agreement with Thulung Dudhkoshi Rural Municipality.

7. Examination Fee: NPR 1,000/-

8. The applicant must not be disqualified by any prevailing law.
