Triveni Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Luham, Salyan, Karnali Province, Nepal, Notice Regarding Position Fulfillment on Service Contract.
Under the Local Climate Change Adaptation Project (LAPA), to provide technical support to local governments/consumer committees and to facilitate work related to forest management, livelihoods, sanitation and hygiene, drinking water, irrigation, and social mobilization, this notice is published to invite interested Nepali citizens who meet the qualifications mentioned below to duly submit application forms for the following posts for the Triveni Rural Municipality Project Implementation Unit.

At least five years of experience in implementation of drinking water, sanitation and hygiene, irrigation, multi-purpose schemes, agriculture, bioengineering, or other related infrastructure construction works.

Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience: S.E.E./S.L.C. or equivalent. At least two years of experience in capacity development, social mobilization, plan formulation, etc., in areas such as drinking water, sanitation and hygiene, natural resource management, agriculture, and livelihoods.
B) Other Details

Applications must be submitted to the Office of the Triveni Rural Municipal Executive, Luham, Salyan within office hours within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of first publication of this notice. If the final day for submission falls on a public holiday, the application must be submitted within office hours on the first day the office reopens immediately thereafter.

Applicants holding academic certificates issued by foreign universities, schools, or institutions must submit an equivalence certificate from the authorized institution of Nepal. Applications without the required equivalence certificate will not be accepted.

Employees will be appointed on a service contract based on one-year performance under the project implementation period (with the possibility of renewal based on performance).

Priority will be given to local persons, women, Dalit, and persons from marginalized ethnic communities.

The Triveni Rural Municipal Executive Office may accept or reject applications received through the advertisement process with or without stating any reason.

Both written examination and interview will be conducted. For shortlisted candidates, the written examination schedule will be published on the municipality’s notice board.

The Terms of Reference (ToR) for each advertised post and the format for personal details (CV) can be obtained from Triveni Rural Municipality’s web page: trivenimunsalyan.gov.np. Personal details (CV) submitted in formats other than the prescribed format will not be accepted.

Application Fee: NPR 1,200 (in words: one thousand two hundred only) for officer level; NPR 700 (in words: seven hundred only) for assistant fifth level; and NPR 500 (in words: five hundred only) for assistant fourth level. The application fee must be deposited in the bank to the internal revenue account of Triveni Rural Municipality, Account No. 4380100301010002, and the original voucher must be mandatorily submitted along with the application.
