Tribhuvan University, Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj, Employee Administration Section, Application Call for Contract Service Recruitment.

Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj, through its Employee Administration Section, has published a notice inviting applications for recruitment under contract service.

According to the notice published in Gorkhapatra on 2082 Chaitra 20, applications are invited from interested and eligible Nepali citizens to fill various posts under the approved temporary positions of the Institute of Medicine Implementation Committee.

Interested candidates must log in to the hospital’s website vacancy.tuth.org.np and complete the online form by 12:00 midnight on 2083 Baisakh 26.

The hospital administration has clearly stated that no action will be taken on application forms received without following the prescribed procedures.

   Qualification: MD in Anesthesiology or equivalent passed

2. Post/Department: Clinical Registrar (Critical Care Medicine)
   Qualification: MD in Anesthesiology or equivalent passed
   Number: Few

3. Post/Department: Clinical Registrar (General Practice)
   Qualification: MDGP or equivalent passed
   Number: Few

4. Post/Department: Clinical Registrar (Emergency Medicine)
   Qualification: MD EM, MDGP and EM passed
   Number: Few

5. Post/Department: House Officer (Various Departments)
   Qualification: MBBS or equivalent passed
   Number: Few

6. Post/Department: House Officer (Dental)
   Qualification: BDS or equivalent passed
   Number: 2

Mandatory Documents to Upload While Filling the Online Form

• Educational Certificates: All academic certificates from SLC onward

• Citizenship Certificate: Nepali citizenship certificate

• Professional Registration: Registration certificate with the Nepal Medical Council

• Equivalence Certificate: Equivalence certificate for candidates who studied abroad

• Application Fee: Rs. 2,500

• Age Limit for Clinical Registrar: Must have completed 21 years and must not have exceeded 45 years

• Age Limit for House Officer: Must not have exceeded 40 years

• Recruitment Process: Recruitment will be made according to the merit order of the published result for up to 1 year from the date of result publication

• Examination Type for Clinical Registrar: Written examination and interview

• Examination Type for House Officer: Written examination only
