Purbanchal University, Faculty of Science and Technology, Application Form for Entrance Examination of Graduate Level Educational Programs

Operates in affiliated campuses/colleges under Purbanchal University Faculty of Science and Technology; Bachelor BE (Civil, Computer, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Geomatic, Biomedical), B.Arch, B.Sc. (Hons.), Agriculture, BVSC & AH, B.Sc. Biotechnology, B. Tech. Biotechnology, B.Tech. Food Technology, B.Sc. Forestry, BCA, BIT, and PGDCA For the admission of new students in the academic session 2077/078 (2020) educational programs, the entrance examination will be conducted and application forms have been opened in the mentioned educational programs.

This notice has been published for the information of all concerned who want to be admitted and submit the application form to the concerned educational institutions.

1 Form Fee: Rs. 1,500 (One thousand five hundred only)

2 Date and time of filling the entrance examination form

A) Interested applicants should submit the prescribed application form to the concerned campus / college by Sunday 2077-10-25 including the prescribed fee and necessary documents.

B) The concerned campuses/colleges should certify the application form of the applicants, the application form along with the required educational certificate, and other documents submitted by the concerned candidates from the campus / college by 4 pm on Tuesday, 2077-10-27 and certified photocopy of the list of applicants. Alphabetical Order: A clear total percentage of academic credentials is open (also kept in pendrive or CD), and as per the rules, the form fee amount is deposited in the account number 12601017500079 of Eastern University Faculty of Science and Technology, Nabil Bank, Biratnagar by 2077-10-25. Bank vouchers including the official letter of the campus college must be submitted to Purbanchal University Science and Technology Faculty Biratnagar.

In addition, the candidates can fill-up the form through the concerned educational institution by Friday, 2077-10-30 after paying the double fee; And the forms submitted for the double fee must be submitted by the concerned educational institution by 4 pm on Sunday, 2077-11-02 so that the original voucher deposited by the bank can reach Purbanchal University, Faculty of Science and Technology, Biratnagar. Also, if the number of bank vouchers and the number of candidates is found to be different, the university will not be obliged to take the form.

C) Campuses / Colleges that have already paid the form fee will not have to pay the fee again. However, the campuses / colleges that submit the form within the time period of the double fee will have to pay the fee of double fee.

D) In ​​case of cancellation of the application form and the form of the candidates who have not completed the required documents, the concerned examinee or the concerned campus / college will be responsible for it.

E) The details of the bar certificates on the back of the application form must be mentioned and sent along with the signature of the applicant certified by the concerned campus/college. If the uncertified forms are canceled, the concerned examinee or campus/college will be responsible for it.

F) Certificates submitted by the concerned campuses/colleges while submitting the application form, relocation, name change, change of ownership should also be submitted.

3) Reserved Scholarship and related arrangements

According to the Purbanchal University Scholarship Provision 2075, there is an arrangement to provide 10 percent (5 percent Jehendar and 5 percent reserved) scholarship from the university and the following arrangements have to be made for the reserved scholarship.

A) Each campus / college should set up a separate scholarship cell (unit) in the campus / college along with the distribution of application forms for the entrance examination and distribute or collect separate application forms for scholarships to the interested applicants.

B) Applicants wishing to apply for the scholarship should fill in the application form along with the prescribed fee at the college / campus and fill in the application form along with all the required certificates, recommendation of the concerned body and other required documents.

C) After studying the original copy of the application form, application form, required educational certificate submitted by the concerned examinee along with the application form, or other documents by the concerned campus / college as per the rules, the details of the applicants have been submitted by the concerned campus/college. The clear total score of the certificates, the percentage open (including in the pen drive or CD), and the fee amount as per the rules should be submitted along with the gross bank voucher along with the official letter of the campus/college.

4) The entrance examination will be conducted on the 7th and 8th of Falgun, 2077 BS. Detailed information about the entrance examination schedule and examination center as per the educational program will be published later.

5) As per the decision of Purbanchal University, detailed information regarding the minimum educational qualification required for admission in each educational program can be obtained from the concerned campus/college. Information can also be found on the website www.pufost.edu.np.
