  • If quota applicants also apply for the open category, separate forms must be filled. If selected under quota, their name will be automatically removed from the open list.

Application Fee Payment Instructions

  • Applicants must pay a fee of Rs. 500 per subject while filling the online application form.

  • If applying for both Regular and Full Fee programs of the same subject, it will be counted as two subjects.

  • The applicant must deposit the fee in advance in the bank according to their chosen priority. The calculation can also be checked on the admission website.

Payment Methods

  1. Bank Deposit

    • The fee must be deposited in the account of Pulchowk Campus at Siddhartha Bank Limited, Patan Dhoka Branch.

    • After deposit, applicants must collect the voucher.

    • While filling the bank voucher, write the applicant’s full name in “Deposited by” and the IOE Entrance Exam Roll No. (excluding the year).

    • Example: If the Roll No. is 2082-16026, only 16026 should be written.

  • For quotas under sub-sections 6.2, 6.3, and 6.4, only applicants listed in the quota list published by IOE will be eligible.

Applicant Guidelines

  • Pulchowk Campus offers a total of 16 priority options combining Regular and Full Fee programs.

  • Admission lists will be published based on the applicant’s entrance exam rank and the priorities selected in the online form.

  • Applicants may choose up to 16 programs as per their preference order.

Important Points

  • If an applicant is admitted to a lower priority program, but their rank allows for a higher priority, their name will automatically be upgraded to the higher preference in later lists.

  • Once admitted to a higher priority program, applicants cannot change back to lower ones.

  • If an applicant is admitted to a program at a lower priority, they must remain enrolled there to be considered for higher-priority programs in future lists.

  • Example: If an applicant applies for Computer Engineering (Regular) as first priority, Civil Engineering (Full Fee) as second, and Architecture (Regular) as third, and their name is published in Architecture but they do not enroll, they will be excluded from future admission lists.

  • If a candidate is admitted to a Regular program and later selected for a Full Fee program of higher priority, they must pay the additional required amount and complete the enrollment. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of admission.

  • Therefore, applicants are advised not to select programs they do not wish to study.

  • If an applicant does not wish to be moved to higher priority in later lists, they must submit a written request to the admission committee confirming their current program enrollment.

Admission Rules

  • Once the name is published in the admission list, applicants must complete the enrollment process by paying the required fees and submitting documents within the given deadline.

  • If a selected candidate cannot enroll within the given time due to any reason, they must submit an application to the admission committee.

  • Such candidates may be considered for the next list only if seats remain vacant and as per merit order.
