This notice is published for the information of all concerned regarding the call for admission applications for the academic session 2082/083 for the semester-based two-year (4 semesters) postgraduate programs under the Faculty of Management and Law of Nepal Open University: Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Science in Development Management and Governance (MSDMG).
Final date to submit the application form: 2082 Poush 20 (4 January 2026)
Minimum academic qualification required to submit the application form: Bachelor’s degree pass (for the MBA program, the applicant must have obtained at least Second Division or CGPA 2.5 at the bachelor’s level)
Application fee: NPR 1,000
Entrance examination date: 2082 Magh 3, Saturday (17 January 2026)

The date and time of the interview will be published later on the university website.
The entrance examination will be conducted online.
For the admission application form, applicants must fill out the online form through the Registration option by clicking on the For Entrance Portal available in the student panel of the university website www.nou.edu.np, using the option “If you are first time for entrance click here for Registration.”
Applicants must scan and upload the original certificates that meet the prescribed eligibility for the relevant academic program.
The application fee must be deposited by the applicant in the Nepal Open University current account no. 005010100000502 maintained at Global IME Bank Limited, Kirtipur Branch, with mandatory mention of the applicant’s name and phone number. The original cash voucher of the deposit must be scanned and uploaded along with the application form.
Note: Questions in the entrance examination will include Multiple Choice Questions on Verbal Ability (20%), Quantitative Ability (20%), and General Awareness (20%), along with Case Analysis (20%) and Essay Writing (20%).
