Free Technical Education in Pauwadungma Rural Municipality
Pauwadungma Rural Municipality (Gaupalika), Bhojpur, has announced a full scholarship program for technical education. A total of 12 students will be selected to receive free diploma-level training with the aim of producing skilled human resources within the municipality.
Affiliated Institute and Application Call
The application call has been issued by Sumniwa Multipurpose Technical School, Bhojpur, under the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT).
Chief Administrative Officer Navin Bhattarai shared that applications are being accepted for the following three-year diploma programs:

Diploma in Civil Engineering

Diploma in Agriculture and Animal Science

Diploma in Crop Science
Twelve students will receive full financial support for these programs through this scholarship scheme.
Purpose Behind the Initiative
According to Chairperson Kiran Rai, the program targets underprivileged yet capable students within the municipality who are at risk of missing out on technical education due to financial hardship.
The initiative aims to ensure that no student is left behind because of economic limitations.
This scholarship is intended for students who passed the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) this academic year.
Focus on Local Skills Development
“The current need is technical education,” stated Chairperson Rai. “To ensure that students are not deprived of quality education due to financial problems, we are providing 100% scholarships. Our goal is to develop the required skilled manpower right here within the municipality.”
