Kathmandu University School of Law Notice for document verification and admission for BBM-LL.B and BEc-LL.B, Fall Intake – 2026

This is to notify that the following candidates have been selected for admission to the BBM-LL.B (Bachelor of Business Management and Bachelor of Laws) and BEc-LL.B (Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws) programs, Fall Intake-2026, based on the merit secured by them in Kathmandu University School of Law Admission Test (KULSAT).

The selected candidates are requested to visit the School of Law for document verification and admission from 22 to 31 July 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Procedure for Document Verification and Admission:

  1. Selected candidates should appear in person at the School of Law's admission desk with original documents (mentioned below in No. 2) along with photocopies of the same.

  2. Documents to be submitted: The candidates are required to submit a copy of the transcript of +2 or its equivalent (A Level, CBSE, IB, or CTEVT Diploma level), a copy of the SLC/SEE mark sheet, character certificate(s), the original migration certificate, a copy of the citizenship certificate, and three recent passport-size photographs.

  3. Submit the payment slip of NPR. 2,23,000 (Two Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand only). The payment should be made at the bank account or through the QR code given below. Please do not pay the fees before the verification of the required documents by the admission officer.

  1. Fill out the admission forms provided by the admission officer.

  2. Ensure that the candidate's guardian has duly signed the declaration forms.

NOTES:

  • If the documents or information furnished by the candidate are found to be untrue or invalid, intentionally or otherwise, his/her admission offer will be terminated.

  • There shall be no extension of the deadline for admission (i.e., 31st July 2026). Seats that are not filled by 31 July 2026, if any, will be offered to the first waiting list candidates.

  • The candidates on the first waiting list are requested to contact the School of Law from 3 to 4 August 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

  • In case the seats for the BBM-LL.B or BEc-LL.B programs are still not filled by candidates from respective first waiting list within the prescribed deadline, the remaining seats will be offered to candidates from the second waiting list (common). The candidates from the second waiting list (common) are requested to contact the administration from 5 August 2026 onwards for admission to the vacant seats. Admission will be offered to the interested candidates from the second waiting list (common) on the basis of the merit order.

  • In the case of a tie in the merit ranking of common waiting list, priority will be given to the candidate with higher previous academic credentials.

  • Students who apply for withdrawal of the admission by 3:00 PM on 7 August 2026 will receive a refund of 50% of the caution money and 70% of the admission fees paid at the time of admission. Withdrawal requests received after 7 August 2026 will not be entertained, and only get 50% of the caution money.
