MECEE-BL 2026 Fee-Paying Second-Phase Matching Admission List

The admission list for the second-phase matching under the fee-paying category of Medical Education Bachelor Level (MECEE-BL 2026) has been published.

Based on the merit order of the integrated entrance examination results for various academic programs under MECEE-BL 2026, candidates who selected teaching institutions and academic programs and set their online priority order were matched through a computer system-based online matching process, in accordance with the Medical Education Integrated Entrance Examination and Student Admission Procedure (First Amendment), 2079. The second-phase admission list for the open category has been published for the seats remaining after admissions from the first-phase re-matching under the fee-paying category.

Terms and procedures for second-phase matching and admission

Candidates included in the admission list must complete admission at the concerned university/institute within the date and time period specified in the admission schedule above (Point “Fee-paying second-phase matching admission schedule”).
The second-phase matching admission list has been published so that candidates who were only included in the first-phase re-matching under the open category but were not admitted will be matched to a seat in an academic program higher than the priority level they left.
Candidates who were admitted under scholarship in previous years have been removed from the merit list and the admission list has been published; however, candidates who, as per prevailing law, had an amount determined as dues and have paid the amount maintained as dues have been included in the second-phase matching process under the open category.
Candidates who were admitted under the fee-paying category in previous years have been removed from the merit list and the admission list has been published; however, candidates whose admission was cancelled by the concerned university/institute have been included in the second-phase matching under the open category.
Candidates who have obtained a foreign study eligibility letter and candidates recommended for foreign scholarships have been removed from the matching list.
Candidates matched and included in the admission list must compulsorily submit the original copies of the documents submitted with the application form while taking admission at the concerned university/institute.
After admission, candidates must comply with the code of conduct of the concerned university/institute.
If the same person is matched and recommended for admission in different programs, they must take admission in only one academic program within the specified date and time. After admission in any one program, the name will be removed from the merit list of all remaining programs.
If a candidate is found to have submitted false information, is recommended for foreign study, has not completed the service period as per the undertaking under Section 38(1) of the National Medical Act, 2075, or is found to have been admitted under scholarship/fee-paying category in previous years, the admission of such candidates will be cancelled even if they are already admitted and studying.
If seats remain vacant after the admission time for the second-phase matching under the fee-paying category ends, a second-phase re-matching will be conducted by including candidates who were not included in the second-phase admission list.
For candidates who are included in the second-phase admission list but are not admitted, a second-phase re-matching will be conducted so that they are matched to an academic program higher than the program they left.
The matching result can be viewed on the Commission’s website as well as from the candidate’s own profile.
