Mid-West University, Graduate School of Management, Dean’s Office, Birendranagar, Surkhet, Notice on Student Admission 2026 Under MPhil/PhD Programs.
This notice is issued to inform all concerned that the Dean’s Office of the Graduate School of Management, Mid-West University, has opened admissions for students who wish to enroll and study in the MPhil/PhD programs operated by the Graduate School of Management for the academic session 2082/083 (Year 2026).
Students may download the entrance examination application form from the Mid-West University website www.mu.edu.np, clearly mentioning the name of the MPhil or PhD program they want to apply for, and complete the required procedures. The completed application form can be submitted either by email to the Graduate School of Management at dean.fom@mu.edu.np or by visiting and submitting it in person at the Graduate School of Management, Dean’s Office.
Applications received after the deadline and applications not meeting the required procedures will not be processed.

The applicant must deposit the fee in the Nepal Bank Ltd. account under the name of the Graduate School of Management Dean’s Office, Account No. 19400107321492000003, and the original deposit voucher must be attached with the application form. -

1) Academic Qualification

MPhil: Master’s degree in management with at least 50% or 2.50/4.00 CGPA

PhD: MPhil in management with at least 60% or 3.00/4.00 CGPA
2) Work Experience
MPhil:
a) No work experience required for at least 80% or 3.50/4.00 CGPA in master’s degree
b) One-year post-master’s degree work experience required for at least 60% or 3.00/4.00 CGPA in master’s degree
c) Two-year post-master’s degree work experience required for at least 50% or 2.50/4.00 CGPA in master’s degree
PhD: Not specified
3) Academic Publications
MPhil: Not specified
PhD: At least 2 articles published in peer-reviewed journals
