The form will be available on the Campus admission website at pcampus.edu.np.
After completing the form, applicants must print and retain the Confirmation Page as proof of form submission.

-
Applicants must compulsorily upload a scanned copy of their citizenship certificate.
-
Foreign nationals must upload a certified copy of their passport or a photo-bearing certificate certified by the embassy of the concerned country.
-
Applicants seeking admission under a quota must compulsorily complete the Online Form under the quota category.
-
Quota applicants who also wish to apply for open seats must submit separate forms for the quota and open categories.
-
If such an applicant's name is published under the quota category, the applicant's name will automatically be removed from the open-category list.
2. Points to Consider When Paying the Application Fee
Application Fee
The Online Application Form carries a fee of Rs. 500 per subject.
If an applicant applies for both the Regular and Full Fee programs of the same subject, they will be treated as two separate subjects for fee calculation.
Applicants must deposit the required amount in advance according to the number of priorities they select. The fee can also be calculated through the Campus admission website.
Payment Through Bank
The fee may be deposited into the Pulchowk Campus account maintained at Siddhartha Bank Limited, Patan Dhoka Branch, and the applicant must obtain the deposit voucher.
When completing the bank voucher, the applicant must clearly enter in the Deposited by field:
-
Applicant's full name
-
IOE Entrance Examination Roll Number without the year
For example, if the IOE Entrance Examination Roll Number is 2083-16026, only 16026 must be entered as the Roll Number.
Payment Through eWallet
The fee may also be paid through eWallet service providers such as:
-
eSewa
-
Khalti
-
ConnectIPS
-
Siddhartha Bank Limited's Bank Smart
When making payment through these methods, applicants must enter their full name, IOE Entrance Examination Roll Number without the year, and the required amount.
For example, for Roll No. 2083-16026, only 16026 must be entered.
Additional Fee for Architecture Applicants
Applicants wishing to apply for the Architecture program must pay an additional Rs. 500 for the Aptitude Test in addition to the above application fee.
3. Addition, Removal, or Revision of Priority Order
Applicants who need to add, remove, or revise the priority order selected while completing the Online Form may do so on 2083 Bhadra 03 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
For any addition or revision, applicants must submit an application to the Campus Admission Committee along with a bank voucher for the applicable additional fee.
-
Priority revision fee: Rs. 500
-
Fee for adding a subject: Rs. 500 per subject
-
If a priority is removed, the fee already paid will not be refunded.
4. Application Under Reserved Quotas
Applicants wishing to apply under a reserved quota must compulsorily complete the Online Form under the quota category.
-
Under Section 6, Subsection 6.1 of the Admission Information Booklet 2083, female applicants are automatically eligible for the women's quota.
-
For the quotas specified under Subsections 6.2, 6.3 and 6.4, only eligible applicants whose names appear in the quota-related list published by IOE may apply under the relevant eligible quota.
-
If an applicant applying under the Full Fee category applies under this reservation quota, the application submitted under the reservation quota will automatically be cancelled.
-
If a person is found to have obtained reservation benefits by submitting false information, the admission will be cancelled and action will be taken according to law.
-
Students admitted under the inclusive economically disadvantaged reservation quota specified in Subsection 6.3 will be charged the same fees as Regular students.
-
For Subsections 6.4(a) and 6.4(b), admission to the seats will be based on competition among applicants sponsored by the sponsoring institutions.
-
If a sponsored applicant is selected for admission, the sponsoring institution must make the full lump-sum payment by cheque at the time of admission.
-
Foreign applicants under Subsection 6.5 must upload, during the application process, a passport issued by the concerned country or a photo-bearing certificate certified by the embassy.
5. Points to Consider When Applying
(a) Priority Selection
The Campus has a total of 16 priorities covering Regular and Full Fee programs.
Admission lists will be published according to applicants' entrance examination Rank and the priority order entered in the Online Application Form. Applicants must therefore arrange their preferred programs in order from among a maximum of 16 priorities.
(b) Movement to a Higher Priority
If an applicant has already been admitted under a lower-priority program and their Rank is sufficient for a higher-priority program, their name will automatically be published under the higher priority.
(c) No Movement to a Lower Priority
An applicant whose name has been published and who has been admitted under a higher-priority program will not be allowed to change to a lower-priority program.
(d) Admission to a Lower Priority Is Required to Remain in the Process
If an applicant's name is published under a lower-priority program, the applicant must first enroll in that program to remain eligible for consideration in later lists for higher-priority programs, subject to Rank.
If an applicant's name is published under a lower-priority program but the applicant does not enroll, the applicant cannot move to a higher-priority program through subsequent lists.
For example, suppose an applicant has selected:
-
Computer Engineering Regular as the first priority
-
Civil Engineering Full Fee as the second priority
-
Architecture Regular as the third priority
If the applicant's name is published for Architecture Regular in an admission list but the applicant does not enroll in the Architecture program, the applicant will be removed from the admission process.
(e) Change from Regular to Full Fee Under a Higher Priority
If an applicant admitted to a Regular program later qualifies for a Full Fee program that was placed at a higher priority, the applicant must deposit the additional amount required for the Full Fee program and compulsorily enroll.
Failure to enroll will result in cancellation of the applicant's admission.
Applicants are therefore advised not to include programs they do not wish to study in their priority list.
(f) Remaining in the Current Program
An applicant whose name has been published in an admission list and who has enrolled may remain in the same program only by personally submitting a written application to the Admission Committee stating that they no longer wish to move to a higher priority.
6. Points to Consider at the Time of Admission
-
Once an applicant's name is published for admission, the applicant must compulsorily complete admission within the specified date and time by submitting the required fees and documents.
-
If an applicant's name was published in an earlier list but the applicant could not enroll within the deadline and later wishes to seek admission again, the applicant must submit an application to the Admission Committee.
-
For such applicants, their name may be included according to Rank only if a seat remains vacant in the list published after the immediately upcoming list following submission of the application.
7. Documents and Fees Required for Admission
Applicants must submit the following:
-
One copy of the Score Card showing that the applicant passed the BE/B.Arch entrance examination conducted by the Institute of Engineering Entrance Examination Board.
-
Original and one certified copy each of:
-
