Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya Admission Open for PG, Nursery, Class 1, 3 and 6-8
In the upcoming academic session 2081, Class 6 for Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya Bhaktapur, Pokhara, Dharan, Surkhet, Kailali, Chitwan and Bardibas, Class 6, 7 and 8 for Butwal, Class 1 and 3 (girls only) for Vijeshwari Gyan Mandir Sainik Mahavidyalaya and Ripumardini Sainik Mahavidyalaya. Sons/daughters of Nepali army Sakal Darja (reserved and former soldiers) and non-military persons who are willing to study/teach in full English medium in a disciplined environment in Class 1 for Sainik Mahavidyalaya and Shwettara Monteshwari Sainik School at pre-primary (Play Group and Nursery) level Applications are invited for admission as per rules. The application form can be downloaded and obtained from the principal office of the college/school you want to study or from the website on payment of fees as per rules, except on public holidays.
Minimum qualification required for admission
(a) In the year 2080 from a school recognized by the Government of Nepal for Class 7 of Class 8, Class 7 of Class 6, Class 6 of Class 5, Class 3 of Class 2 and Class 1 of UKG/SKG Must have passed in all subjects with at least 50% marks in aggregate (minimum C+ grade or GPA 2.4) in annual/half-yearly/second-trimester examination.
(b) In terms of age, not exceeding 14 years for Class 8, not exceeding 13 years for Class 7, not exceeding 12 years for Class 6, not exceeding 7 years for Class 3 and not exceeding 9 years, and Class 1 In case of 5 years completed and not exceeding 7 years.
(c) In order to be admitted, one must pass the written entrance test conducted by the college and be selected for the second stage according to the order of merit and must also pass the interview and general health examination.
Documents to be submitted
(a) For Class 8 of Class 7, for Class 7 of Class 6, for Class 6 of Class 5, for Class 3 of Class 2, and for Class 1 of UKG/ SKG for the year 2080 Annual/Half Yearly/Second Attested Copy of Mark Sheet of Quarterly Examination-1
(b) Attested copy of character certificate mentioning the age of the student-1
(c) Copy of birth certificate certified by local registrar-2
(d) Recent photograph-2 copies (passport size-1 and auto size-1)
(e) In the case of the son/daughter of a serving soldier, a letter of recommendation showing the date of birth of the child certified by the husband of the concerned unit-1 or Copy of a pension card case of the son/daughter of ex soldier-1
- Candidates who have passed the final entrance examination and have been selected for admission must submit the certificates of passing the relevant class (transfer certificate, character certificate, and profit letter) to the examination branch of the college before admission.
- Since the policy of one couple, one child, one level has been maintained towards the military gross rank and college staff quota, after one child of beneficiary studies at one level at a rank concession, the second child at the same level will not be given concession, but if he wants to study by paying full fees like non-military (open group) A chance can be provided.
- Those who are willing to join can also register the form, as arrangements have been made to teach the children of soldiers who have attained valor while serving in the Nepali Army, who are mentioned as getting benefits in the rules, and who have different abilities.
