CTEVT Pre-Diploma Full-Fee Admission Notice 2082/083
Urgent Online Application Notice for Full-Fee Pre-Diploma Programs - Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has published this urgent notice for online applications in full-fee Pre-Diploma programs for the academic session 2082/083.
These programs, listed below, have been approved based on recommendations from the Council’s Affiliation and Approval Division, TECS Division, and Technical Division. They are offered at CTEVT’s constituent, partnership, TECS-affiliated community schools, and private institutions.
Eligible applicants must fill out the online application form through the ITMS Online System of the Examination Control Office no later than 2082 Shrawan 11.
Student selection in approved full-fee programs and quotas will follow the “Pre-Diploma, Diploma, and Certificate Level Trainee Selection, Scholarship Distribution, and Admission Guidelines 2082” issued by the Examination Control Office.
Applicants will be selected and recommended for admission based on the total marks calculated from the academic qualification and type of school as per Clause 6 of the Directive.

Minimum Academic Qualification Required

Before the Letter Grading System: Passed SLC or equivalent from a recognized academic institution.

After the Letter Grading System: Must have appeared in all subjects of the SEE examination and obtained at least an ‘E’ grade or its equivalent in each subject, with a valid grade sheet.

Applicants must have appeared in all subjects of the SEE or equivalent exam.

Students with Non-Graded (NG) results in the SEE exam are also eligible to apply for Pre-Diploma level programs.
