Eligibility and Admission

For CMLT, candidates must have passed SLC, SEE, or equivalent with minimum GPA 2.0 and grading in Compulsory Mathematics, English, and Science. TSLC in Medical Laboratory Technology with minimum 68.33 percent is also included under the entry criteria.

Career Pathways
PCL Nursing graduates are eligible for Staff Nurse-level roles as prescribed by the Public Service Commission of Nepal and may be eligible for registration or examination with the related council. They are also eligible to pursue Bachelor of Nursing or an equivalent course as per university rules.
General Medicine graduates are eligible for positions equivalent to non-gazetted first class or Level 5 technical roles as prescribed by the Public Service Commission of Nepal and related agencies.
CMLT graduates are eligible for non-gazetted first class or Level 5 technical roles as prescribed by the Public Service Commission of Nepal and related agencies. They may also be eligible for registration with the related health professional council as provisioned by the related council act.
