Overview
Nagarik Community Teaching Hospital (NCTH), located in Kaushaltar, Ghattaghar, Madhyapur Thimi, Bhaktapur district, is a trusted institution for healthcare services and health science education. Governed by Nagarik Community Hospital Ltd., NCTH manages the ANPC College of Health Science, a CTEVT-affiliated educational institution that offers the PCL in General Medicine (Health Assistant) program.
Since its establishment on 15th Baishak 2066 BS, the hospital has focused on expanding access to community-based, affordable, and skill-centered health education and services. What began as a 55-bed facility has grown into a well-equipped 100-bed hospital, with plans to expand further.

The Health Assistant (HA) program is a three-year diploma-level course affiliated with the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT). Scholarship Opportunities
ANPC College provides scholarships based on CTEVT guidelines. Four of the 40 seats in the HA program are reserved for scholarship recipients. Selections are merit-based and follow the quota system prescribed by the council.
