ANPC College of Health Science, operated by Nagarik Community Teaching Hospital, offers the PCL in General Medicine (Health Assistant) program. Located at Kaushaltar, Ghattaghar, Madhyapur Thimi, Bhaktapur, the institution is affiliated with CTEVT. This is a 3-year diploma-level program structured as per CTEVT standards. The course integrates theoretical knowledge, practical application, and clinical exposure from the first year.
