The BBA curriculum consists of foundation, core, capstone and specialization courses, along with an internship. Each semester carries 15 credit hours.
Foundation courses account for 18 credit hours. They cover Business Mathematics, English, Business Economics, Business Communication, Macro Economic Analysis and Policy, and Business Statistics. These subjects develop the numerical, communication and economic understanding required for advanced management study.
Core management courses account for 76 credit hours. Students study Financial Accounting, Principles of Management, Marketing, Business Finance, Database Management System, Business Law, Financial Management, Taxation and Auditing, Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior.
The later semesters include Research Methodology and Report Writing, Production and Operations Management, Banking and Insurance, Project Management, Management Information System, Public Finance, Total Quality Management, Tourism Management, Entrepreneurship Development, Supply Chain Management and E-commerce.
Two capstone courses—International Business and Strategic Management—help students connect knowledge from different areas of the curriculum.
Students complete five specialization courses from one selected area. The available areas are:

Specialization courses are mainly completed during the seventh and eighth semesters. The selected area allows students to study a particular part of business management in greater depth.
Eligibility: Applicants must have completed twelve years of schooling or an equivalent qualification from a university, board or institution recognized by Purbanchal University.
Candidates must have secured at least 40 percent in Ten Plus Two, PCL or an equivalent program.
Entrance requirement: Admission to the BBA program at Caliber International College requires an entrance examination. Applicants can contact the administrative office for entrance schedules, application procedures and admission counselling.
The medium of instruction and examination is English. The evaluation of theoretical courses is divided between internal assessment and the semester-end examination.
Internal assessment carries 30 marks, while the semester-end examination carries 70 marks. Internal assessment may include class tests, attendance, class participation, group discussion and presentations.
Students must secure the required pass marks separately in internal assessment and the semester-end examination. At least 80 percent attendance in each course is required to appear in the semester-end examination.
The BBA curriculum includes a five-credit internship. Students undertake an eight-week organizational placement at the end of the seventh semester for practical exposure and business orientation.
After completing the internship, each student prepares a report in the prescribed format and presents it at a seminar organized by the college. The internship assessment includes the written report, organizational evaluation and viva voce.
