The Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) program at Mahadev Multiple Campus, affiliated with Tribhuvan University (TU), is a four-year undergraduate degree designed to prepare future educators with the knowledge and skills needed for teaching at the secondary level.
The campus is located in Belkotgadhi Municipality–7, Mahadevphat, Nuwakot, and has been serving the local academic community since 2012 AD (2069 BS).
The B.Ed. The program is offered under TU’s annual examination system and is structured with both specialization majors and minor subjects.
It is ideal for students aiming to become professional teachers in public or private schools across Nepal.
The curriculum integrates theoretical knowledge, teaching methodologies, and classroom practice, all aligned with Nepal’s national education framework.
Students can choose their primary specialization in subjects such as English, Nepali, Economics, or Population Studies, and must also select a minor specialization in a different subject.
The four-year program consists of:
Communication Skills (English and Nepali)
Professional Core Courses (Philosophy, Psychology, Curriculum & Evaluation)
Specialization Major (10 papers in the chosen subject)
Specialization Minor (5 documents in a second subject)
Teaching Internship/Practicum in the final year
Classes are conducted by experienced faculty members who focus on building both content expertise and practical teaching methods.
The final year includes internship-based teaching practice, allowing students to apply their skills in real classrooms under supervision.
