The BBS curriculum follows the Tribhuvan University Faculty of Management structure. The program includes foundation courses, core management courses, concentration-area study, business research, and final project work.
The program extends over four academic years.
Students complete 19 courses of 1950 marks.
Students also complete a final project report of 50 marks.
First-year study includes Business English, Business Statistics, Microeconomics for Business, Financial Accounting and Analysis, and Principles of Management.
Second-year study includes Business Communication, Macroeconomics for Business, Cost and Management Accounting, Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, and Fundamentals of Financial Management.
Third-year study includes Business Law, Foundation of Financial Systems, Business Environment and Strategy, Taxation in Nepal, and Fundamentals of Marketing.
Fourth-year study includes Entrepreneurship, Business Research Methods, Final Project, and three concentration courses.

The BBS program follows the annual examination system of Tribhuvan University. Final examinations are conducted by TU through the Office of the Controller of Examinations.
Students must maintain at least 70 percent attendance in the classes actually held to qualify for annual examinations. Students must pass theory, practical, and project work examinations separately where those components apply.
Final project work is completed in the fourth year. Students undertake field work, prepare a project report in the prescribed format, and complete evaluation through the process set for the BBS program.
