The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) is organizing a three-day online Continuing Professional Education (CPE) training for its members. In a notice issued on 5 October 2026, the Institute stated that the training will be conducted from 23 to 25 Asoj 2083 (9–11 October 2026).
Key Training Topics
According to ICAN, the training has been designed to strengthen members' professional development and keep them updated on recent developments and practical issues in key areas of professional practice.
The training will focus particularly on the following topics:

Practical Issues in VAT Compliance, including recent changes

General Application of the ICAN Code of Ethics 2023
The sessions cover areas directly related to professional practice in the accounting profession, including the growing use of technology, regulatory compliance, and professional ethics.
