NRNA 12th General Convention in February 2026
The 12th General Convention of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) will be held in February 2026.
A decision has been made to hold the extended international general convention from February 23 to 25. Both General Secretaries, Gauriraj Joshi and B.R. Lama, informed about the finalized dates through a press statement.
The meeting of the steering committee formed after unity finalized the convention dates. The steering committee meeting also formed a “Unity Facilitation Committee” for the National Coordination Committees.

The meeting also decided to conduct regional interactions and dialogue related to unity, with the following schedule:

It was also decided to expand the five-member membership committee by adding two members, making it a seven-member committee.
According to the provision requiring all steering committee members to sign a commitment letter, it has been informed that signatures must be completed by the next steering committee meeting. The decision also states that members who do not sign will not be allowed to participate in the next meeting.
