Rampur, Chitwan: The Office of the Controller of Examinations, Agriculture and Forestry University (AFU), has issued a notice inviting online examination application forms from undergraduate students enrolled in the Faculty of Agriculture for their fourth-semester regular examinations.
The office has directed students of the academic session 2081/082 (2025) to complete their examination application forms online through form.afu.edu.np.
Online Examination Application Dates
Students must submit their examination forms within the following deadlines:

Regular Fee Period: From 2083/07/19 to 2083/07/30, before 12:00 midnight.

Late Fee Period: From 2083/08/01 to 2083/08/03, before 12:00 midnight.
Examination Fees and Payment Procedure
The university has specified the following examination fees:

Regular Examination Fee: NPR 850

Examination Application Form Fee: NPR 100

Examination Fee for Affiliated Colleges: NPR 2,000
Students who fail to submit their forms within the regular application period will be required to pay additional late fees as follows:

Mangsir 1, 2083 BS: NPR 300

Mangsir 2, 2083 BS: NPR 500

Mangsir 3, 2083 BS: NPR 1,100
Examination fees must be paid exclusively through the Online Payment Link available on the examination application portal.
Important Instructions and Conditions
The university has established the following requirements for students submitting their examination forms:

Complete Application: Students must fill in all required details in the online examination application form.

Photograph: Applicants must upload a recently taken passport-size photograph in which their face and both ears are clearly visible.

Internal Assessment Requirement: Students who have failed their internal assessment examinations will not be permitted to appear in the final examinations.

Admit Card: Students can download their admit cards themselves two days before the examinations begin.

Application Problems: Students experiencing technical problems or errors while completing the online form must contact their respective faculty or college.
