Agriculture and Forestry University Publishes M.Sc. Agriculture 3rd Semester Examination Routine 2083

Chitwan, Kartik 20: Agriculture and Forestry University (AFU), Office of the Controller of Examinations, Rampur, Chitwan, has published the practical and theoretical examination schedules for the third semester of the Master of Science in Agriculture (M.Sc. Ag.) program under the Faculty of Agriculture.

According to the notice dated 2083/07/20 (Examination Controller's Office Dispatch No. 2083/084), signed by Examination Controller Prof. Dr. Manoj Kumar Shah, the regular examinations will be conducted according to the published schedule.

The examinations are intended for students admitted to the master's level program in the academic year 2081/082 who are currently studying in the third semester, as well as students admitted in different academic years who have completed course registration and are studying courses alongside the third-semester students.

Important Examination Rules and Instructions

The Office of the Controller of Examinations has issued the following instructions for students appearing in the examinations.

1. No Re-Examination for Absent Students: No re-examination arrangements will be made for candidates who remain absent on the scheduled examination dates and times.

2. Examinations During Unexpected Holidays: Even if an unexpected public holiday occurs on an examination day, the examination will not be postponed unless another notice is published.

3. Internal Assessment Requirements: Candidates who have failed the internal assessment of a subject will not be permitted to appear in the examination for that subject. If such candidates participate in the examination, their examination for the concerned subject will be automatically cancelled, and they will be considered absent in that subject.

4. Missing or Overlapping Examination Subjects: If any examination subject is missing from the schedule or if the subjects a student must appear in overlap, the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Rampur, must be informed immediately.

5. Use of Black Ink: Candidates must use black ink when writing their answers in the examination answer sheets.

6. Mandatory Admit Card: Candidates must present their examination admit cards before entering the examination hall. They will be permitted to participate in the examination only after presenting their admit cards.
