Nepal Engineering Council Opens Applications for 15th General Registered Engineer Registration Exam

Kathmandu, Kartik 20: The Nepal Engineering Council (NEC), Minbhawan, Kathmandu, has invited online applications for the 15th General Registered Engineer Registration Examination.

According to the notice published on 2083/07/20 and signed by Council Registrar Eng. Niran Maharjan (NEC Registration No. 4781, Civil), the registration examination will be conducted from Poush 20, 2083, at examination centers in Kathmandu Valley and Pokhara.

The Council, established under the Nepal Engineering Council Act, 2055, stated that the examination will be conducted in accordance with the Nepal Engineering Council Act, 2055 (First Amendment, 2079).

Application Dates and Examination Fees

The Council has specified the following application periods and fees:

1. Regular Application Period

• Application Start Date: 2083/08/01

• Application Deadline: 2083/08/21

• Examination Fee: Rs. 2,500

2. Application Period with Double Fee

• Application Start Date: 2083/08/22

• Application Deadline: 2083/08/28

• Examination Fee: Rs. 5,000 (Double Fee)
