CTEVT Entrance Exam Update for Diploma and Certificate Level Health Programs

The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Office of the Controller of Examinations, located in Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has released crucial updates regarding the full-fee entrance exam for diploma and certificate-level (PCL) health programs.

Key Updates:

• The entrance examination for the academic session 2050/081 for diploma/certificate level health programs is in line with the directive from the Medical Education Commission, Challan No. 283, dated 2080/04/32.

• Only educational institutions and programs with pre-determined seats are allowed to proceed with the admission process. An updated list of these institutions and programs is available on www.ctevtexam.org.np.

• The entrance exams initially scheduled for 2050/05/06 at 8:00 am have been postponed. The new date for the entrance examination is 2080/05/09, Saturday, at 8:00 am.

Instructions for Applicants:

1. Registration Update: Applicants who applied to institutions where seats weren't determined must re-register by 2060/05/07 at 3:00 PM at their chosen institutions, adhering to the conditions below.

2. Website for Updates: All details and forms are available at www.ctevtexam.org.np.

3. Conditions for Re-registration:

   • Register for institutions and programs from the updated list using the applicant's symbol number.
   • No extra fee is required for form submission.
   • Attach a copy of the admit card with the form. Ensure registration in only one updated institution. Multiple registrations will lead to automatic cancellation.
   • Only those who applied to non-updated institutions should submit the form.
   • Failure to register the updated form will result in exam exclusion without a fee refund.
   • Institutions in the updated list should assist applicants in form filling and admit card updates.
   • Institutions must email daily registration details to [email protected] and the relevant council and provincial office. Late submissions won't be entertained, and the institution will be held accountable.
   • Health examination center notification will be published on 2080/05/07.

4. Note: Entrance exams for programs other than the full-fee health program will be on 2080/05/06 at 8:00 a.m. and for pre-diploma level at 1:00 p.m. at the respective schools.
