PSC Dolpa Nayab Subba Exam Centers and Re-Exams
Public Service Commission, Surkhet Office Advertisement Nos. 14751–14754/081–82 (Open/Inclusive), Justice Service (Justice/Government Attorney Group) and Administration Service (General Administration and Revenue Groups), Non-Gazetted First Class (Non-Technical), for Nayab Subba or equivalent: the examination building has been fixed for all candidates who passed the first phase from PSC Surkhet and the Humla sub-center and were selected for the second-phase written examination.

Public Service Commission, Surkhet Office Advertisement Nos. 14751–14754/081–82 (Open and Inclusive), Non-Gazetted First Class (Non-Technical), under the Joint and Integrated System, for the post of Nayab Subba or equivalent: the answer sheets of the second-phase written examinations held on 2082-01-12, 2082-01-14, 2082-01-15, and 2082-01-17 were destroyed due to an adverse national situation, and the examinations conducted on those dates are therefore canceled as per PSC Central Office Notice No. 411/2082–83. Accordingly, re-examinations will be conducted on the dates and times below. This notice is published for the information of all candidates who passed the first phase; the exam center has been set at Jumla.

Important Instructions (to be strictly followed by candidates)

Writing instrument: Use only a dot pen/pen with black ink on the answer sheet.

Admission card: No candidate will be allowed to sit the exam without an admission card. Bring the admission card and arrive at least 1 hour before the exam start time.

Prohibited items: Bags, mobile phones, and other electronic devices are not allowed inside the examination building.

Unforeseen holidays: Even if an unexpected public holiday falls on the exam day, the exam will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

Identification: Along with the admission card issued by the concerned body, bring your citizenship certificate or an original government-issued photo ID.

Compliance: Fully comply with the instructions given by the personnel assigned to the examination.

Conduct: Any activities contrary to exam discipline are prohibited in the exam hall and restrooms.

Scribe request: Candidates requiring a scribe must submit an application to this office at least 10 (ten) days before the exam start date, with reasons and supporting documents, in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2067.
