Rescheduled Exam Centers: Nayab Subba (Surkhet PSC)
The Public Service Commission, Surkhet Office, informs that for Advertisement Nos. 14751–14754/081–82 (Open and Inclusive), Non-Gazetted First Class (Non-Technical), under the Joint and Integrated System for the post of Nayab Subba or equivalent, all answer sheets of the second-phase written examinations held on 2082-01-12, 2082-01-14, 2082-01-15, and 2082-01-17 were destroyed due to an adverse national situation. Therefore, those examinations conducted on the aforementioned dates are canceled as per PSC Central Office Notice No. 411/2082–83. Accordingly, re-examinations will be conducted on the dates and times specified below. This notice is published for the information of all candidates who passed the first phase; the examination center is fixed at Jumla.

Important Instructions (must be followed by candidates)

Writing instrument: Use only a dot pen/pen with black ink on the answer sheet.

Admission card: No candidate will be allowed to sit the exam without an admission card. Bring the admission card and arrive at least 1 hour before the start time.

Prohibited items: Bags, mobile phones, and other electronic devices are not allowed inside the examination building.

Unforeseen holidays: Even if an unexpected public holiday is declared on the exam day, the exam will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

Identification: Along with the admission card issued by the concerned body, bring your citizenship certificate or a government-issued photo ID in original.

Compliance: Fully comply with the instructions given by the personnel assigned to the examination.

Conduct: Any activities contrary to exam discipline are prohibited in the exam hall and restrooms.

Scribe request: Candidates requiring a scribe must submit an application to this office at least 10 (ten) days before the exam start date, with reasons and supporting documents, in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2067.
