TU Third-Year Exam Form Notice (BA/BBS/BSc/BEd) 2082

This notice is published for the information of all concerned regarding the submission of examination application forms, as per the decision of the Central Examination Operation Committee, for the 4-year Bachelor’s level B.B.S., B.Ed., B.Sc., and B.A. third-year regular and partial (back) examinations to be conducted in 2082 under the annual examination system by the Tribhuvan University Examination Control Office, Balkhu.
1. Regarding the examination application form
a) The student/campus must fill the examination application form through the online system and complete all required processes. If otherwise occurs, the Tribhuvan University Examination Control Office will not be responsible.
b) For those who were admitted to the 4-year Bachelor’s level in 2074 and who appeared for the first-year examination for the first time in 2075, this will be the last opportunity to appear in the third-year examination.
c) All examinees other than regular examinees must compulsorily mention the previous Roll No. on the examination application form.
d) To fill the examination application form, a recently taken passport-size photo with a white background, not older than 3 months, will be required.
e) If a copy of the admit card is needed during the examination operation period, the concerned campus must be contacted.
2. Deadline for submitting fees and the online form
a) Regular and partial (back) examinees must submit the online examination form to the concerned campus/college by paying the regular fee from 2082-08-25 to 2082-09-30, and by paying the double fee from 2082 Magh 1 to Magh 7.
b) Campuses within the Kathmandu Valley must compulsorily submit the bank voucher for the regular fee deposited in the name of the Tribhuvan University Examination Control Office and the examination application forms to the Tribhuvan University Examination Control Office, Balkhu. Campuses/colleges outside the valley must submit them to the concerned Regional Examination Control Office within 2 days of the final deadline.
Also, the bank voucher for the double fee must be submitted within 2 days of the final date to the Examination Control Office, Balkhu, and the concerned Regional Examination Control Office.
c) While submitting examination forms, the form must first be verified at the Accounts Section of the concerned Examination Control Office along with the bank voucher, and then submitted to the concerned Form Section.
3. Examination fees
Fee Details:
a. Per paper/section fee for regular/partial examinees - Fee (NPR): 470
b. Examination application form fee - Fee (NPR): 60
c. Examination center fee - Fee (NPR): 100
d. Practical examination fee per subject - Fee (NPR): 150
e. Practical examination fee for two or more subjects - Fee (NPR): 275
4. Regarding payment of examination fees
a) Campuses within the Kathmandu Valley must deposit the examination-related fees into either Global IME Bank Ltd. income account 05010100000500 (within the Tribhuvan University Kirtipur/Balkhu premises) or Nepal Bank Ltd. income account 04500100099108000001, and must compulsorily submit the voucher of the amount deposited in the name of the Examination Control Office along with the examination application form.
b) For campuses under the Regional Examination Control Office, Pokhara region, all examination-related fees must be deposited into Nepal Bank Ltd., Bagar Branch account 09100101101340000001 at the Regional Examination Control Office, Pokhara, and the voucher must be compulsorily submitted along with the examination application form.
c) For campuses under the Regional Examination Control Office, Biratnagar region, all examination-related fees must be deposited into Nepal Bank Ltd., Bazar Adda Branch account 10400100922120000001 at the Regional Examination Control Office, Biratnagar, and the voucher must be compulsorily submitted along with the examination application form.
d) For campuses under the Regional Examination Control Office, Nepalgunj region, all examination-related fees must be deposited into Global IME Bank Ltd., Tribhuvan Chowk, Banke account 21010100000076, and the voucher must be compulsorily submitted along with the examination application form.
e) In the case of the Regional Examination Control Office, Attariya, examination-related fees must be deposited into either Global Bank Ltd. income account 05010100000500 (within the Tribhuvan University Examination Control Office, Balkhu premises) or Nepal Bank Ltd. income account 04500100099108000001, and the voucher of the amount deposited in the name of the Tribhuvan University Examination Control Office must be compulsorily submitted along with the examination application form.
