CTEVT Special Chance (Partial) Exam Application Notice
Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, Special urgent notice regarding filling the application form for the Special Chance (Partial) Examination.
The Special Chance (Partial) Examination will be conducted in Jestha 2083 within the Kathmandu Valley for the following students:

Students of CTEVT constituent, partnership, community schools and privately run institutions

Diploma level students under the semester examination system who were registered in academic sessions 2073/074 and 2074/075 (2016 and 2017 A.D.) and:

Failed in the final examinations of First Year First Part / Second Part
-
Failed in the final examinations of Second Year First Part / Second Part
-
Failed in the final examinations of Third Year First Part / Second Part
-
-
Students of various programs under the annual examination system who:

Failed in the final examinations of First Year, Second Year or Third Year
-
-
Pre-diploma level students who:
-
Were registered in academic sessions 2075/076 and 2076/077 (from 2075 to 2076 / 2018 and 2019 A.D.), and
-
Appeared in the examinations within the time period prescribed by the curriculum and failed

In this regard, all concerned teaching institutions are informed that they must compulsorily get the examination application forms filled by the students and submit them through ITMS Online Entry to the relevant provincial offices of the Council within the following deadlines:

Regular fee period: From 2082-10-15 to 2082-10-29
-
Late fee period: From 2082-11-01 to 2082-11-07
This notice has been published as per the decision of the Examination Committee dated 2082-08-15.
