The Public Service Commission (PSC), Lok Sewa Aayog, Kathmandu Office, has designated the examination buildings for the written examinations of Computer Technician, Library Assistant, Sub-Engineer, and Recording Operator posts.
According to the notice published on 2083/02/29, the written examination of candidates whose applications have been approved with Kathmandu as the examination center will be conducted on the specified date, time, and building.

Instructions for Candidates
The notice states that the examination scheduled as per the fixed program will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission. Candidates must use only black ink in the examination, and pencils are not allowed on the objective answer sheet.
While writing answers to multiple-choice questions, only answers written in the English capital letters A, B, C, and D will be recognized. The notice states that candidates from examination centers other than those whose applications have been approved with Kathmandu as the examination center will not be allowed to participate in the examination.
Bags, mobile phones, smart watches, and other electronic devices are prohibited inside the examination building. Candidates must bring their admit card along with a citizenship certificate or an identity card with a photograph issued by the Government of Nepal.
Candidates who require an assistant writer must submit an application to the office at least 10 days before the examination start date, along with documents stating the reason and evidence, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.
