Joint Secretary or Equivalent Post Interview to Be Held on 2083 Asar 9
The Public Service Commission (PSC), Lok Sewa Aayog is set to conduct the interview program for the Gazetted First Class, Joint Secretary or equivalent (Saha Sachiv) post under the Nepal Engineering Service, Geology Group, Engineering Geology Sub-group.
The Interview and Recommendation Branch of the Commission, Kamalpokhari, issued Notice No. 2337/082-83, dated 2083/02/31, setting the interview program for Advertisement No. 17155/079-80 (Internal Competition).
According to the notice, the interview program for the post had been postponed as per Commission Notice No. 1345/079-80, dated 2079/12/17, in accordance with the decision of the joint bench of the Honorable Supreme Court dated 2079/12/09 on Writ No. 079-WO-0522.
The notice states that, later, the decision was reviewed by the full bench of the Honorable Supreme Court and reversed on 2082/04/29 in Case No. 080-NF-0028, including certiorari. The Commission was then instructed in writing to proceed with the recruitment process from the point where it had been stopped and complete the recruitment work.
The interview program will be conducted as per the Commission’s decision dated 2083/02/31.
