Exam Building Set in Dipayal for Technical Nayab Subba or Equivalent Technical Posts
The Public Service Commission (PSC), Lok Sewa Aayog, Dipayal Office, has designated the examination building for the written examination of various Non-Gazetted First Class (Technical), Nayab Subba (NaSu) or equivalent posts. The Examination Branch of the office issued Notice No. 103/082-83, dated 2083/02/20, stating that the competitive written examination of candidates whose online applications have been approved with Dipayal as the examination center will be conducted as per the pre-determined schedule.
The examination will be conducted at the Public Service Commission, Dipayal Office, Rajpur, Doti.

Instructions for Candidates
Candidates who require an assistant writer must submit an application to the office at least 10 days before the examination start date, along with documents stating the reason for requesting an assistant writer and supporting evidence, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.
Even if an unexpected public holiday falls on the day of the examination, the examination scheduled as per the fixed program will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission. Candidates must compulsorily bring their admit card and reach the examination building one hour before the examination begins.
Admit cards will not be distributed from the examination building. Candidates who need a duplicate admit card must obtain it from the Public Service Commission, Dipayal Office, Rajpur, Doti, one day before the examination date.
Bags, mobile phones, smart watches, and other electronic devices are prohibited inside the examination building. Calculators are not allowed for objective multiple-choice questions. Candidates must use only black ink in the examination.
While answering objective multiple-choice questions, candidates must write A, B, C, and D in English capital letters. Candidates must appear with the admit card issued to them along with a Nepali citizenship certificate or any one original certificate with a photograph issued by a government office.
