PSC Kathmandu Sets Exam Center for Section Officer Post

Kathmandu. The Public Service Commission, Kathmandu Office (Examination Branch), Anamnagar, has published a notice fixing the examination center for the written examination of the Federal Parliament Service (Internal Competition), Gazetted Third Class (Non-Technical), Section Officer or equivalent post.

According to Notice No. 233/082-83, the written examination of candidates whose applications have been approved for the post of Section Officer or equivalent under Advertisement No. 16600/082-83 (Internal Competition) of the Public Service Commission, Central Office, Federal Parliament Service, General Administration Group, Gazetted Third Class (Non-Technical), will be conducted on the following date, time, and examination center.

Written Examination Center Details

Candidates who require a scribe must submit an application to the Kathmandu Office at least 10 days before the examination start date, along with documents stating the reason and evidence for requesting a scribe, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Rules, 2079.

The Commission has stated that the examination scheduled as per the fixed program will not be postponed without prior notice. Candidates must use only a pen with black ink (dot pen) in the answer sheet. Bags, mobile phones, smart watches, and other electronic devices are prohibited inside the examination hall.

No candidate will be allowed to sit for the examination without an admit card. Therefore, candidates must bring their admit card and arrive at the examination center at least one hour before the examination begins. Along with the admit card, candidates must also bring their citizenship certificate or a photo identity card issued by the Government of Nepal.
