Tribhuvan University, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, has published this schedule for the information of all concerned. The regular and partial examinations of 4-year bachelor’s level fourth-year students of the Faculty of Humanities, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Management, and Institute of Science and Technology, under the annual examination system, will be conducted in 2083 for the year 2082 according to the following program.

Special Notice Regarding Missed Forms

As it has been understood that some examinees missed filling out their examination application forms according to this schedule, the examinees of such campuses must fill out the examination application form with a double fee from the date of publication of this notice.

The required process must be completed through the campus and submitted to the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, and the concerned Regional Examination Control Office by 2083 Jestha 03.

Notes

1. No separate arrangement will be made for examinees who remain absent from the examination according to the above examination schedule.

2. Even if an unexpected holiday occurs, the examination will not be postponed without prior notice from Tribhuvan University.

3. If any subject or paper that an examinee has to take is omitted from the examination schedule or clashes with another paper, this office must be informed within 7 days from the date of publication on the website. Otherwise, the examination will be conducted according to this schedule.

4. For practical examinations, students should contact their respective campuses.

5. Examinees must bring the materials required for the examination, such as log tables, Goshwara vouchers, graph paper, charts, etc., and may use them only with prior approval from the center chief.

6. Within 1 month after the completion of the theoretical examination, the concerned campus must complete the practical and internal assessment examinations and compulsorily submit the marks, answer booklets, and attendance records to this office.

7. Prohibited items such as mobile phones, smart watches, Bluetooth devices, and digital diaries may not be taken inside the examination hall. Otherwise, the center chief may confiscate such items.

8. According to the notice for filling out the examination application form, students must fill in only the subjects prescribed by the rules and curriculum under Tribhuvan University in the examination application form and must confirm which course they are required to sit for before appearing in the examination. If otherwise, the campus or the student concerned will be responsible.

9. If an examinee appears for the examination from a center other than the assigned examination center, that examination will be automatically cancelled.
