TU Issues Revised Notice for Four-Year Bachelor First Year Exam Form

Kathmandu — The Tribhuvan University Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, has issued a revised notice for filling out examination application forms for examinees appearing in the 2083 four-year bachelor’s first-year examination under the annual examination system for BA, BBS, BSc, BEd regular, and BFA regular/partial programs. The notice was published on 2083-01-09 and revised on 2083-01-13.

As per the decision of the Examination Conducting Committee, examinees must fill out the examination application form online. The notice states that students, campuses, or colleges must complete all procedures while filling out the form, and the Tribhuvan University examination system office will not be responsible if otherwise.

Only students admitted in 2082 who are appearing for the first-year regular examination for the first time in 2083 will be allowed to fill out this examination form. In the case of BFA partial examinees, this will be the final examination opportunity for those admitted in 2076 who appeared in the first-year examination for the first time in 2079.

A recently taken passport-size photograph with a white background will be required to fill out the form. If a copy of the admit card is needed during the examination period, students must contact the concerned campus.

Regular examinees must fill out the online examination form from 2083-01-10 to 2083-02-11 by paying the regular fee. The deadline for submitting the form with a double fee has been set from 2083 Jestha 14 to Jestha 21.

Campuses/colleges within Kathmandu Valley must submit the bank voucher for the regular fee deposited in the name of Tribhuvan University Office of the Controller of Examinations within two days, that is, by 2083/02/13. They must also compulsorily submit the batch details list of examination application forms of all examinees to the Tribhuvan University Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu. Campuses/colleges outside the Valley must submit the documents to the concerned Regional Office of the Controller of Examinations. The bank voucher for the double fee must also be submitted within two days of the final date.

Examination Fee Details

The examination fees stated in the notice are as follows:

a. Description: Fee per section for regular examinees
Fee: Rs. 470/-

b. Description: Examination application form fee
Fee: Rs. 60/-

c. Description: Examination center fee
Fee: Rs. 100/-

d. Description: Practical examination fee per subject
Fee: Rs. 150/-

e. Description: Practical examination fee for two or more subjects
Fee: Rs. 275/-

Fee Payment Arrangement

The examination fee must be deposited in the bank account prescribed according to the region, and the voucher must be submitted compulsorily along with the examination application form.

Campuses/colleges within Kathmandu Valley and under this region must deposit the fee in Global IME Bank Limited’s income account no. 05010100000500 or Nepal Bank Limited’s income account no. 04500100099108000001, located within the TU Kirtipur Balkhu premises.

Campuses under the Regional Office of the Controller of Examinations, Pokhara region, must deposit the fee in Nepal Bank Limited, Bazar Branch, account no. 01900109901340000001.

Campuses under the Regional Office of the Controller of Examinations, Biratnagar region, must deposit the fee in Nepal Bank Limited, Bazar Adda Branch, account no. 10400100922130000001.

Campuses under the Regional Office of the Controller of Examinations, Nepalgunj region, must deposit the fee in Global IME Bank Limited, Tribhuvan Chowk, Banke, account no. 2101010000076.

For the Regional Office of the Controller of Examinations, Attariya, the fee must be deposited in Global Bank Limited’s income account no. 05010100000500 or Nepal Bank Limited’s income account no. 04500100099108000001, located at the Tribhuvan University Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu premises, Kathmandu.

Campuses under the Regional Office of the Controller of Examinations, Bardibas region, must deposit the fee in Nepal Bank Limited’s income account no. 25400108041068000002.

While submitting the examination forms, the forms must first be verified by the Accounts Section of the concerned Office of the Controller of Examinations along with the bank voucher and then submitted to the concerned form section.
