In accordance with the previously published advertisement, the Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) has finalized the examination centers for various posts under the Internal Competition, open and inclusive categories. This notice serves to inform all concerned candidates about the guidelines and protocols they must follow during the examination.

Examination Guidelines

Essential Stationery

• Candidates must use a dot pen or a pen with black ink only when filling out the answer sheet.

Admit Card and Timings

• No candidate will be allowed entry without an admit card. Make sure to bring your admit card and arrive at least 1 hour before the examination starts.

Prohibited Items

• Bags, mobile phones, and other electronic devices are not allowed in the examination hall.

Examination Schedule

• The examination will proceed as scheduled even if there is an unexpected holiday, unless otherwise notified by the Commission.

Answering Multiple Choice Questions

• For objective multiple-choice questions, only answers written in capital letters A, B, C, D will be considered valid.

Identification

• Along with the admit card, candidates must bring either their citizenship or a government-issued identity card.

Special Cases

• The examination will be conducted in line with the norms related to examination (operation and management), 2077 (Third Amendment), as issued by the Commission for special transitional cases.

Personal Protective Equipment

• Candidates must wear a mask and bring sanitizer and drinking water for their own use.

Social Distancing

• Arrive 1 hour early and maintain a distance of 2 meters while entering and exiting the examination center.

Crowd Management

• Avoid crowding and proceed to the designated areas in an orderly fashion.

Group Discussions

• Do not gather in groups and engage in conversations.

• Strictly follow all instructions given by the examination personnel.
