National Forensic Science Laboratory Exam Schedule 2083

National Forensic Science Laboratory Notice

The Public Service Commission (Lok Sewa Aayog), Security Agencies and Organized Institutions Division, Written Examination Conducting Section, has designated examination centers for the competitive written examinations for various positions under the National Forensic Science Laboratory Development Committee.

The Commission published a notice on 2083/07/19 announcing the examination centers and republishing the revised examination dates for the Senior Scientific Officer (Level 8) position.

According to the notice, the written examinations for positions advertised by the National Forensic Science Laboratory Development Committee on 2083/02/15 will be conducted from 2083/08/13 to 2083/08/29.

The examination schedule follows the previously published written examination program dated 2083/06/23 and covers positions under Internal Competition, Open Competition, and Inclusive categories.

Examination Rules and Important Instructions for Candidates

According to the notice issued by Section Officer Namrata Chudal and Undersecretary Devi Prasad Subedi, candidates must follow the instructions below:

1. Candidates must use only a black-ink dot pen or pen when writing on their answer sheets.

2. No candidate will be allowed to participate in the examination without an admit card. Candidates must bring their admit cards and arrive at the examination building at least one hour before the examination begins.

3. Bags, mobile phones, and other electronic devices are prohibited inside the examination building.

4. If an unexpected public holiday falls on a scheduled examination date, the examination will not be postponed unless the Public Service Commission issues prior notice.

5. For objective multiple-choice questions, only answers written using the English capital letters A, B, C, or D will be accepted.

6. Candidates must bring their admit cards issued by the concerned authority, along with their citizenship certificates or another government-issued identification document bearing a photograph.

7. Candidates requiring a scribe must personally visit the office of the Public Service Commission responsible for conducting the examination and submit an application at least 10 days before the examination, in accordance with Rule 68 of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.
