NEB Class 12 Grade Increment (Supplementary) Examination Form Fill Up Notice

In the annual examination of class 12 conducted by the National Examination Board from 30th September to 8th September, 2078, the candidates who have joined the regular examination (the first two digits of the registration number are 77) and have fulfilled the criteria mentioned in the details should be included in the grade increment (supplementary) examination in maximum two subjects. As there is an arrangement to be received, the examinees participating in the examination are requested to fill the form by paying the amount within the following time period after being certified by the headmaster / principal of the school concerned. The concerned schools are advised to submit the form filled by the student, along with the bank voucher filed in the account of the Board for the examination fee by 26th Poush, 2078 to the concerned office of the Board.

Details

(A) Grounds for participation in Grade Enhancement Examination:

1) Candidates who have obtained C or higher grade in all other subjects and obtained C or D grade in the remaining two subjects at most will be able to take grade increment (supplementary) examination in those two subjects or in one of the two subjects.

2) Candidates who have obtained M or higher grade in all other subjects and have obtained D or E grade in a maximum of two subjects or absent candidates will be able to give grade increment examination in those two subjects.

3) Candidates whose results have been canceled will not be allowed to participate in the grade promotion examination.

4) The bank voucher of the amount to be paid at the rate of only Rs. 600 (six hundred) rupees per student for the examination application form of the examinee who will be participating in the grade promotion examination should be within 18th of Poush 2078.

Candidates who are exempted from paying the examination fee within the mentioned period will have to submit the form to their school on the same date by paying Rs. 1200 (one thousand two hundred) rupees including the late fee within the date 2078 Poush 22.

The concerned schools are required to submit the form filled by the students and the related bank voucher to the concerned office of the Board by the date 2078 Poush 26th.

5) Grade promotion examination will not be allowed in Additional subject.

6) A copy of the class 12 K grade sheet along with the examination application form or the grade 12 K grade seat / laser downloaded from the website must be attached.

(B) Relevant offices for submission of forms:

1) Candidates from schools in Taplejung, Panchthar, Ilam, Jhapa, Sankhuwasabha, Bhojpur, Terhathum, Dhankuta, Sunsari and Morang districts have been selected by the National Examination Board, State Examination Management Office, Biratnagar, Morang.

2) Candidates from schools of Khotang, Okhaldhunga, Udaipur, Siraha and Saptari districts are required to appear before the National Examination Board, Branch Office, Lahan, Siraha.

3) Candidates from Sindhuli, Dhanusha, Mahottari and Sarlahi districts have applied to the National Examination Board, State Examination Management Office, Janakpur, Dhanusha.

4) Examiners of schools in Chitwan, Makwanpur, Bara, Parsa and Rautahat districts are required to appear before the National Examination Board, Branch Office, Hetauda, ​​Makwanpur.

5) Candidates from schools of Rasuwa, Dhading, Nuwakot, Sindhupalchowk, Kavrepalanchok, Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, Dolakha, Ramechhap and Solukhumbu districts have been selected by the National Examination Board, State Examination Management Office, Sinamangal, Kathmandu.

6) Examiners from schools in Gorkha, Lamjung, Tanahu, Kaski, Syangja, Manang, Mustang, Myagdi, Baglung and Parbat districts have been selected by the National Examination Board, State Examination Management Office, Pokhara, Kaski.

7) Candidates of Gulmi, Palpa, Nawalparasi (East and West of Bardaghat Susta), Rupandehi, Kapilvastu and Arghakhanchi districts have been selected by the National Examination Board, State Examination Management Office, Butwal, Rupandehi.

8) Candidates from schools in Pyuthan, Rolpa, Rukum (East and West), Salyan, and Dang districts have been selected by the National Examination Board, Branch Office, Ghorahi, Dang.

9) Candidates of Banke and Bardiya District Schools have been selected by the National Examination Board, Branch Office, Kohalpur, Banke.

10) Examiners of schools in Dailekh, Jajarkot, Surkhet, Mugu, Humla, Jumla, Kalikot and Dolpa districts have applied to the National Examination Board, State Examination Management Office, Virendranagar, Surkhet.

11) Candidates of schools in Kailali and Kanchanpur districts are required to appear before the National Examination Board, State Examination Management Office, Dhangadhi, Kailali.

12) Candidates from schools of Bajura, Bajhang, Achham, Doti, Dadeldhura, Baitadi and Darchula districts are required to appear before the National Examination Board, Branch Office, Dadeldhura.

P.S.:

The concerned offices of the National Examination Board are also requested to inform the examination control office (Class 11/12) in Sanothimi by mid-December 2078 after completing the work related to computer entry of the examination application form as mentioned above.
