Notes for Candidates

• Use only a black ink dot pen or a pen in the answer sheet.

• No candidate will be allowed to attend the exam without an admit card. Candidates must arrive at the exam hall at least 1 hour before the exam begins.

• Mobile phones are strictly prohibited in the exam hall.

• If an unexpected holiday falls on the exam date, the exam will still be held as scheduled without any prior notice from the commission.

• For objective multiple-choice questions, 20% of the marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

• Only answers written in capital letters A, B, C, and D will be accepted for objective multiple-choice questions.

• Candidates must bring their admit card along with a valid photo ID issued by the Government of Nepal, such as a citizenship or another official identification document.

• Candidates requiring a writing assistant as per Rule 68 of the Public Service Commission Regulation, 2079 must submit an application in person to the exam conducting office at least 10 days before the exam date.
