Notice to CA Students Submission of Online Examination Form for June 2023 Examination
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) has released a notification for CA students regarding the submission of the online examination form for CAP-I, CAP-II, and CAP-III levels for the June 2023 examination.
Online Form Submission Dates:
CA students can submit their examination forms online from 31 March, 2023 (17 Chaitra, 2079) until 5:00 PM of 20 April, 2023 (07 Baishakh, 2080) with normal fee payment, and until 5:00 PM of 25 April, 2023 (12 Baishakh, 2080) with late fee payment.
Exam Centres:
Apart from the Kathmandu Valley, the examinations for CAP-I, CAP-II, and CAP-III will also be conducted in Biratnagar, Pokhara, Butwal, Birgunj, Hetauda, Chitwan, and Dhangadi, subject to a minimum of 10 applicants for CAP-I examination, 20 applicants for CAP-II examination, and 10 applicants for CAP-III examination in each centre.
Cancellation of Centres:
If any centre has less than the minimum number of applicants, it will be cancelled, and the applicants will be transferred to the Kathmandu centre.
Submission Process:
Students can submit their online examination form by logging into the "Student Login" portal on the ICAN website "www.ican.org.np". If students face any issues with the submission process, they can contact ICAN at 01-5530832, 01-5530730, or drop an email at [email protected], or visit the ICAN office for necessary assistance.
Important Note: The examination form will not be accepted until payment is made.

CA students are advised to submit their online examination form within the given dates and pay the required fee to avoid any inconvenience. They should also keep the minimum number of applicants in mind for exam centres other than Kathmandu and seek help from ICAN in case of any issues with the submission process.
