Public Service Commission (PSC), Butwal Office has designated the exam buildings and centers for the Phase I written examination of the Non-Technical Section Officer (Gazetted Third Class) or equivalent post.
This notice has been published for candidates whose online application forms have been approved under the Central Office Advertisement No. 16701–16707/078-79 (Open and Inclusive), with Butwal as the examination center.

Rules to Be Followed

Candidates must use only a dot pen/pen with black ink in the answer sheet.

Candidates must arrive at the exam building at least 1 (one) hour before the exam starts.

Candidates will not be allowed to participate without an admit card. Admit card and citizenship certificate or a government-issued identity card must be carried mandatorily.

Bags, mobile phones, calculators, and other electronic devices are prohibited inside the exam building.

Candidates will not be allowed to take the exam at any place other than the assigned exam building.

Even if an unexpected public holiday occurs, the examination will not be postponed without prior notice.
