Second Phase Exam Centers for Section Officer (Non-Technical) Posts
For the positions of Section Officer or equivalent (Non-Technical), under Advertisement Numbers 16701 to 16707 (2081–82) through the joint and integrated examination system of the Public Service Commission Central Office, covering Foreign Affairs, Administration, Audit, and Federal Parliament Services, the second phase of the written examination will be conducted in the following centers:
The first phase of the examination was conducted on 2081.12.30 and 2082.02.10 at the Kathmandu and Hetauda centers. Based on the recommendation of the concerned office, some candidates have had their exam centers changed to Kathmandu.
The second phase written exam for those who passed the first phase will be held on the date, time, and venues mentioned below. No candidates will be allowed to appear at any centers other than the designated ones.
Candidates are required to verify their respective centers as per Table-1, Table-2, and Table-3. Important exam instructions are listed in Note 1.

Exams will not be postponed without prior notice, even if an unexpected public holiday occurs.

Only black ink dot pens or ballpoint pens are allowed in answer sheets.

Bags, mobile phones, smartwatches, and electronic devices are strictly prohibited in exam centers.

Admit card is compulsory. Arrive at least one hour before exam time.

Candidates from other centers (excluding those shifted to Kathmandu) will not be permitted to attend.

Carry one official photo ID (Citizenship card or Government-issued ID) along with the admit card.

Entry is not allowed at any location other than the assigned exam center.

Candidates are responsible for bringing personal masks, sanitizer, and drinking water if needed.
